TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Blowdry appointments are a maximum of 30 minutes each.
- Extensions to the 30mins will incur an additional fee of £10 per appointment.
- Blowdry Club members can choose from four finishes: volume. straight. curly or braid.
- Blowdry Club members may have a maximum of 2 appointments booked at any one time.
- Each Blowdry Club member can bring one friend for one appointment per month as part of their membership.
- Blowdry Club members can cancel their membership at any time.
- All blowdry appointments must be managed via the app and not the salon.
- Bliss Uckfield staff do not have control of the Blowdry Club appointments.
- Blowdry Club appointments are allocated by the app to the available member of staff and staff cannot be requested.
- Bliss Uckfield can only accept a limited number of members per month.
- Payments for Blowdry Club will automatically be taken each month unless membership is cancelled.
- Blowdry Club member that miss, cancel or move their appointment without 48 hour notice will be charged a £10 penalty fee instantly.
- Non payment of monthly subscription or penalty fee will suspend Blowdry Club membership.
- Bliss Uckfield does not offer refunds under any circumstance.
- Bliss Uckfield reserves the right to suspend a Blowdry Club membership without notice at any time.
- Bliss Uckfield reserves the right to refuse service if blowdry members attend an appointment more than 10 minutes late.
